We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on yetiaesthetics.com for return or exchange. But you will have to send an email to support@yetiaesthetics.com (Stating why you want to return the item) within 24 hours of when you receive your purchase and ship the items back to us in proper condition within 15 days.

If you change your mind within 3 hours of order confirmation, please email us at support@yetiaesthetics.com maybe we could change your color or size. Otherwise, our clothes are all made-to-order so your order can not be cancelled if our team has already started with your garment.

If you want a full refund and want to cancel your order after our team has started with your order, our company will provide you with store credit in form of gift card instead. If our team hasn’t started with your order yet, you get a refund in the same form the purchase was made.

You can only get a full refund if you are highly dissatisfied by our products and would not even want store credit (which would mean you do not think you’d like to buy from us in the future). Please email us at support@yetiaesthetics.com for knowing if you are eligible for a full refund.

We always want to recycle/ reuse the garment packaging and so, returned items must be in their original condition and must include any original packaging, including all tags and boxes (when applicable). Otherwise, additional charges may apply.

We are not responsible for damage occurred due to postal service or cargo but we are responsible for damages in finishing of our outfits.

Sale/ gift card/ store credit purchases are considered final purchases and cannot be returned. Therefore, we advise you to take time while ordering your garments rather than impulse buying because we’d love to add value to your wardrobe.
