The customer pays for shipping when a purchase is made.
Standard shipping does NOT include insurance which means the damage incurred during shipping does not fall under our responsibility.
If your order (pre-tax/customs) amounts to be $200 or more, you get free shipping. Yaay!
You can expect your orders to arrive to your place in 10-15 business days though they can take upto 3 weeks. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the delivery company.
If you want to return something that was received in damaged condition and you want it repaired (very little chances of happening so because we double check the finishing and wash all our YETI garments before shipping out), the shipping cost for return shipping is on us. However, you have to pay for shipping your garments for exchange back to us.
The company shall not be responsible for extra customs charge or tax that is levied by the government of their country. So, it shall be the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with the policy of your country before making a purchase.
We shall also not mark the purchase as a gift unless it is bought on store sale because it is illegal to do so and if found, we will be highly penalized.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our building. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
If you do not receive your parcel safely ie. Your’e not at home during the shipping, (you would need a verified signature to receive your garments), you would have to contact the shipping company and request a re-delivery until it stays there. Otherwise, it might be sent back to our address and you can request a refund in form of store credit or digital gift card (this money will be cost minus shipping or any other cost incurred).
